Team Building:     12 -48 drivers/racers

Team building events challenge team communication and problem solving to achieve results beyond an individual competitors efforts. This type of event challenges the competitors by their need to communicate and problem-solve as a team with measurable results. The group is broken up into teams of two or more and solve a driving or mechanical adjustment problem.

Examples are: The teams compete for the best average team lap time. This means the fastest driver on the team must bring the rest of the team to his/her level. The teams compete to find the right tire pressure. The karts are set up with the wrong tire pressure and the teams must determine the right pressure by making changes and using lap times as a bench mark. This makes the teams both develop an approach to the problem and work on the solution as a team.
